Política de reembolso

1. Voluntary donations

Donations to Utopia are voluntary and support the costs of the server. By donating you are not buying goods: any in-game reward is a thank-you.

2. When the service counts as delivered

The service counts as delivered as soon as the donation is credited to your account balance or the reward is delivered in game.

3. When no refund is due

• for donations already credited or rewards already delivered, used or not;
• for accounts suspended or banned for breaking the Server Rules;
• if you change your mind after donating;
• for temporary server downtime or maintenance.

4. When you can ask for one

• if you were charged twice;
• if the payment went through but nothing was credited within [48 hours];
• if we made a mistake.

Write within [14] days of the payment to info@l2utopia.com or open a ticket on the Discord, with the transaction ID, the account name and the date. We reply within [7] working days and, if the refund is due, issue it through the same payment method.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you open a dispute or a chargeback without contacting us first, the account is suspended until it is resolved. In case of fraud, every linked account is permanently banned. We give the payment provider the transaction and account data needed to resolve the dispute.

6. Right of withdrawal

Digital rewards delivered immediately, with your explicit consent, carry no 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Rights that the law does not allow to be excluded are not affected.
